BUSY BE BUSY ME
TO SAY the last few weeks have been interesting would be an understatement. I have been auditioning for theater lately. Two musicals and one play to be exact. Mostly because I really miss theater and being on stage but also because as an actor I want as much experience as I can get. Diversity is a good thing and the theater community here in Richmond is just unbelievable. I haven't heard back from any of those auditions yet. I won't be negative and say I didn't get any of the roles I auditioned for I will just say I don't know anything. The shows aren't until Fall and Winter, so, really, they have no excuses for driving me crazy like this. Arg! The wait! The anticipation! The possible rejection. Guess I can wait some more. Three of my auditions resulted in callbacks. So that's a good thing. I must have been...at the very least...interesting, which really is an awful word in reference to auditions. You never want to hear "Well....
