If you have talent oozing out of every pore of your body, and you want to be smug, then have it. I tip my hat to you Sir of Madam. If you have the chops and want to be a prick, who can say anything to you? com·mu·ni·ty kəˈmyo͞onədē/      noun 2 .  a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals.  It's funny how this one word gets used and the people using it don't really seem to understand it's true meaning.  Many words are losing their true meaning though.  Facebook has taken the word friend and turned it into something completely different. Yes. We all have friends on Facebook. Friends we went to high school with, friends we work with, and then there are those other people we've never met and wouldn't be able to pick out of a police line up who are our friends . Community is over-used. Maybe not over-used. Maybe the word should really be gated community, because, really, most of these self-called communities are so selective and snobby there should...

                                    This is a Dyson Air Blade Hand Dryer. It's a marvel of technology. It's brilliant really. I have nothing against the Dyson Air Blade.  Funny story.  I auditioned the other day. Nothing unusual there. I audition a lot for a lot of different things.  It was a particularly warm day. I've mentioned before I'm a sweater. Not as in cardigan but as in I perspire . Especially when it's hot. Especially when I've had to walk several blocks because of parking.  You probably have this image in your head:                                                No. It wasn't that bad. I just had a little sweat on the brow. I have a full beard now and my hair is a longer and thicker and I was wearing Uggs. I'm kidding....

                                        Just stop it. Stop it right now. Whining is only acceptable from 6 year olds who can't tie their shoes. And honestly, even then , it's annoying.                                            You're too big for one these.  This business requires everyone have a whole drawer full of  'big boy' and 'big girl' undies.                                                     This doesn't exist.   Stop looking for it. Stop google searching for the instruction manual. Stop being lazy and do the work to get the work. There is nothing about this business that's easy. It's hard.  The first thing you have to do is figure out what you want to do.  The second thing you have to do is figure out how to accomplish Number One.  The third thing to do is put your head down, roll up your fucking sleeves and do the work.  Shut up. Listen. And learn. It really is that simple.  And say thank you every now and then. Whether or not you get the job, say thank you for the opportunity.  Stop crying about the situation you put yourself in. Right now.  You want it?  Go for it.  Work for it.
